Taiwan has many famous night markets. Every night, people go there to eat and shop. The streets are full of bright lights and good smells. You can hear music and people talking. Night markets are a fun part of Taiwan culture.
The food is very delicious. You can eat stinky tofu, bubble tea, and grilled meat on sticks. The food is also very cheap. Many visitors come to try new foods. It is easy to find something you like.

Night markets are not only for food. You can buy clothes, toys, and games. Some stalls have fun games with prizes. You can also find traditional gifts to bring home.
The most famous night market is Shilin Night Market in Taipei. It is over one hundred years old. Raohe Night Market has yummy pork buns. Feng Chia Night Market is the biggest one in Taiwan.
Night markets open at about 5 PM and close around midnight. The best time to go is 8 PM. Locals like to go on weekdays because weekends are very crowded. Night markets are the best place to see real Taiwan life!
